Welcome to the official midpoint of the regular season! Six games down, six to go. I hope everyone is enjoying the league thus far. There have been some exciting games with win/loss decisions occurring on Monday nights with players producing big numbers this season. And with some key injuries early in the season, owners have had to adjust their strategy and rosters to compensate. Others have been riding their drafted roster over the first six games and are doing well.
The playoffs are approaching quickly with division leaders beginning to emerge. Six teams will make the Superbowl playoff bracket while the other six will play in the Toiletbowl playoff bracket. Everyone will play atleast one post-season game.
Half way through the regular season and leaders are already beginning to emerge. The third free agent is now available on a first come, first serve basis. You must drop a player from your roster before selecting your third free agent. Please remember when dropping a player, you must maintain the minimum draft requirements by position for your roster (2 QBs, 3 RBs, 4 WRs, 2 Ks, 2 Defs). If you still have an outstanding balance, you will be unable to select a free agent during week 7 or subsequent weeks. For details on the rules surrounding the free agent selection process, go to Section 1 - Rosters on the Rules page.
The Sez Stock Exchange is running strong with a couple of stocks selling at over $70 a share. The Spreads page continues to provide week to week details of the favored teams and predicted scores. Members of the Stock Exchange can enter their own predictions each week. The Exchange is still accepting new members for those that wish to try it out.
