The second free agent draft will begin after the week 3 games begin. The free agent ordered draft (draft based on record) will be conducted on Tuesday evening after the week 3 Scoring Deadline, based on every owner's ordered selections up until that time. After that point, free agents can be choosen on a first-come, first-serve basis. You must drop a player from your roster before ordering your second free agent. Please remember when dropping a player, you must maintain the minimum draft requirements by position for your roster (2 QBs, 3 RBs, 4 WRs, 2 Ks, 2 Defs). So if you drop a player resulting in a roster mix with a position below the minimum draft requirement, you will only be able to select a free agent of similar position to that of the dropped player.
If you still have an outstanding balance, you will be unable to select a free agent during week 4 or subsequent weeks.
